FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do STIIIZY pods expire?

Typically, STIIIZY pods have an expiration date of one to one and a half years. Nevertheless, you may prolong their useful life and have an excellent vaping experience by taking good care of them. This will keep the flavors bright and the experience pleasurable for as long as possible.

What's causing my Solventless pod to burn so quickly?

Here are some easy tips on how to enjoy the solventless pods:

Use our regular STIIIZY Battery (210 MAH) to maintain the taste of terpenes.

* STIIIZY BIIIG Batteries will run too hot for the solventless pods.

Gently inhale for 2-3 seconds

If the pod has any burning taste, please allow the pod to cool down for at least 5-10 minutes before the next inhale.

* To accelerate the cool down process, remove the pod and dry hit 5-10 times. Insert the pod back in the regular battery to see if the taste is good to go. If not, repeat the process.

Why did the color of the concentrate in my pod change?

STIIIZY uses only high-quality cannabis oils and botanical terpenes; color changes occur naturally over time and have no effect on the products' purity, potency, or effectiveness.

Are the pods warrantied?

STIIIZY pods purchased at a licensed retailer must be full or nearly full to qualify for an exchange. Empty or significantly used pods do not qualify for an exchange.

-Full or nearly full pods may be replaced for the following reasons;

-Cracked or leaking pod.

-Clogged pod.

-Pod not making connection with the battery.

-Pod not producing smoke.

You must keep the original receipt and bring it with you to the store where you bought the pod.

When should I replace an old pod for a new pod?

We recommend replacing your used pod before it is completely dry or empty to avoid overheating the coils.
